Refund & Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our main goal. In the unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase we will gladly accept any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges.

Please allow 5-7 business days after our receipt of the return for the refund to go through on your payment.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. To start a return, you can contact us at jillf@overlandtravelware.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
